The learning outcomes for this unit include:

• With the introduction of various ‘electrified’ vehicles, this unit will give the learner an introduction to Electrical Engineering Fundamentals.

• The attendee will be able to understand the specific safety issues relating to both high and low voltage systems.

• By the end of the unit the attendee will also be able to recognise and understand the use of a range of electrical laws and their application, and be able to create basic electrical circuits from circuit diagrams.
