Quality Management and Testing in Electric Vehicle Manufacture

The learning outcomes for this unit include:

• Managing quality control throughout the manufacturing process is a rigorous task. In this unit the attendee will gain a knowledge and understanding of how to develop and implement quality and compliance methods and techniques and quality management systems for the production of electric vehicles.

• You will learn about internal compliance audits for the production, develop and implement relevant personnel training on how to conduct quality and compliance testing for the production.

• By the end of the unit the learner will know how to use the outputs from quality and compliance testing to recommend improvements to processes and determine common defects.
