ELEC304 Course Summary
The learning outcomes for this unit include:
• With the introduction of various ‘electrified’ vehicles, this unit will give the learner an understanding of the types of chargers / charging systems in use.
• The attendee will be able to understand the specific safety issues relating to both high and low voltage charging systems
• By the end of the unit the attendee will also be able to know how to test a customer facing, high voltage charging interface functions.
• Also, being able to diagnose basic high voltage charging faults and make recommendations for rectification.
This face to face course will be run at a training location in the West Midlands with the exact location to be confirmed shortly. The course will be run by one of the Emerging Skills Team.
